About Client

The client, an institute specializing in providing safety and well-being solutions across diverse sectors such as schools, workplaces, healthcare, and public safety agencies, sought to develop a series of microlearning modules. Their mission is to foster safer and more productive environments by addressing critical issues like microaggressions in the workplace. Recognizing and understanding microaggressions is crucial for maintaining a healthy, inclusive, and productive work culture. The institute is committed to transforming how organizations tackle these sensitive topics, ensuring a supportive atmosphere for all employees.

Project Goals

The primary goal of this project was to translate sensitive topics, such as microaggressions in the workplace, into an engaging, video-based e-learning experience. Our challenge was to create content that not only educates but also resonates with the audience, encouraging a deep understanding and proactive approach to these issues. The goal was to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills to recognize and address microaggressions, thereby fostering a more inclusive and respectful work environment.

Final Result

The final e-learning module reached over 14 million individuals, equipping them with Navigate360’s workplace strategies to identify, understand, and address microaggressions effectively. The module featured real-life scenarios and interactive training focused on social-emotional learning, designed to engage users and facilitate a deeper understanding of the content. Our design team added unique elements to the course, such as b-roll footage, sleek animations, and sound design, enhancing the learning experience and making the end product more impactful for learners. The success of this project underscores the importance of addressing microaggressions and the positive impact of thoughtful, well-designed e-learning solutions.
